Description
Miracall PBX system supports 2 outside lines and 8 extension lines, equipped with a built-in caller ID. It allows users to make or receive calls from CO lines within designated groups. In the event of a power failure, the system features four ports for automatic transfer. Additionally, if a call is not answered, users can remotely select an outside line port by dialing numbers from “1” to “7,” and the system enables the redirection of extension calls to other extensions. The advanced technology also manages 9 service call types, including features like restricting long-distance calls or permitting only intercom calls.
Incoming call received by self-recorded welcome message and being transferred.(welcome message can be recorded from computer file or by telephone set self-record by users) Simply input one digit such as dial “1” to Sales, dial “2” for After-service…dial “9” for technical (while if dial “0” will be to reception phone).
